The Battlefield V open beta Australian release date is September 4 for early access members and September 6 for everyone else. The open beta will be available for players on PC (via Origin), Xbox One and PS4. The Open Beta will take place in the Rotterdam map in conquest mode as well as the Arctic Fjord map in both conquest and grand operations modes.
Today the game was showcased in amongst the games from NVIDIA to use the new RTX technology for the latest line of graphics cards. It is one of the games during the event which features the new real-time ray tracing technology. In relation to the new NVIDIA RTX technology announcement Christian Holmquist said “With this new NVIDIA RTX platform, more detail than ever before can now be seen on the battlefield, from recognising the flash of a muzzle being reflected off a car to spotting the detailed reflection of a devastated facade in a splash of water on the ground. Things in the environment will feel more lifelike and real and all-out war will never look the same.”
