This week on Blu-ray: Australia gets two films while America gets three. Who has the best selection though? Let’s find out!
AUSTRALIAN RELEASES
Free Birds is set free this week. The animation had a $55 million budget and made $108.8 million worldwide. The Blu-ray comes with a 3D copy and an Ultraviolet copy.

Walking with Dinosaurs walks home this week. The family adventure had an $80 million budget and made $126.5 million worldwide. Two different Blu-rays are available: one with a 3D copy and one without, but both versions come with an Ultraviolet copy.

AMERICAN RELEASES
Her comes to Blu-ray this week. The Joaquin Phoenix dramedy had a $23 million budget and made $45.8 million worldwide. The Blu-ray comes with a DVD and an Ultraviolet copy. We loved the movie, read our review right here.

I, Frankenstein comes to Blu-ray this week. The Aaron Eckhart action flick had a $65 million budget and made $71.1 million worldwide. The Blu-ray comes with a 3D, DVD, Digital, and Ultraviolet copy. I, did not like this movie, read our review right here.

That Awkward Moment comes to Blu-ray this week. The comedy had an $8 million budget and made $53 million worldwide. The Blu-ray doesn’t appear to come with anything.

That’s it for this week on Blu-ray. According to Rotten Tomatoes, Australia’s films average out to 21% while America’s films average out to 40% making America the winner this week. The highest rated film was America’s Her with a “Certified Fresh” 94% while the lowest was America’s I, Frakenstein with 4%. Do you plan on picking up any of these titles?
