Occasionally when you’re at home, you might find the urge to watch something on Netflix you would otherwise not watch. It might be that you binge on a newly released series before your partner or sibling got home from work or school to watch it all with you. Or you decide to watch something on Netflix that no one would expect you to be watching, otherwise known as a guilty pleasure.
Now that you’ve watched that show or movie, you don’t want anyone to know that you did that. But it’s tough because she show appears on your recently watched list and as soon as someone gets home they’ll see that you are a few episodes into a brand new series and you didn’t wait for them to join you to watch it.
There’s a way to hide what you did on Netflix and here are the steps you must follow for how to delete continue watching on Netflix.
Step 1: Get on your PC and open a web browser. Search Netflix on Google and log in. Or you can just click here.
Step 2: Look towards the top right of the screen, click on the drop down menu and then click on “Account”

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the last set of menu items and click on “Viewing Activity”

Step 4: inside the viewing activity you will see all the shows and films you recently watched. Simply click on the the circle with a line through the middle icon and that show will disappear from your Netflix watch history.
In the image below I deleted Miss Americana from my watch history and if you do it right you should get a message like this “Within 24 hours, Miss Americana will no longer appear in the Netflix service as a title that you have watched and will no longer be used to make recommendations to you, unless you watch it again”

That’s all there is to it, it’s that simple! Now no one will know about the things you never watched 😉 on Netflix.
