I recently came across this lecture ‘José Zagal: If War is Hell, what about Video games?’ which appeared on the Macquarie University YouTube channel today. The lecture is delivered by José Zagal from the entertainment arts and engineering program and goes for about 23 minutes.If you have some free time to watch it, it’s an interesting discussion to listen to as he talks about war, the ethics of war and how video games present war and if video games do so in the right way or not.
