Relive one of the best games to come out, not just in 2013 or this console generation, but to ever be released. Yes, I loved the game. So did Bryan, who’s review can be found… here!
Like other “remastered” games before it, this version bring improved graphics to the table, most notably environmental textures. While the game was stunning on the PS3, it looks even better on the PS4. However, don’t expect anything too mind blowing. It’s not the same as a PS2 game getting remastered into HD on the PS3. There are some bonuses in the form of an in-game photo mode (not the share button) that allows players to freeze the action on the screen, take a picture, and edit it if needed. There are also additional multiplayer maps for fans of online play, as well as the entire story DLC, Left Behind.
The Last of Us Remastered is available now, so if you haven’t played it and own a PS4, Resident Entertainment highly recommends it.
