It was able to maneuver so well in the seas that it was unmatched by any vessel of any other nation. Even the Franks did not have such well built ships and according to the video still used ships which were left over from the Charlemagne period.

Vikings Season 3 in Australia will air on SBS will aon Thursday the 19th of March on SBS One at 8:30pm. The first week will be a double episode from 8:30pm for 2 hours and then the following weeks will be weekly episodes from 9:30pm until the season ends.
Vikings season 3 will be airing in the United States starting on the 19th of February 2015 on the History channel.
