This years Oscars were hosted by Ellen Degeneres who opened the show with a few jokes and shots at some of the guests attending the Oscars this year. Ellen was funny enough as a starter to the show and made appearances throughout as she walked around and chatted to some of the attendee’s like Jonah Hill. Ellen later brought out pizza for some of the guests and many of the stars such as Kevin Spacey and Harrison Ford took some to share it around.
During the show there was also a group picture taken with Ellen and many of the stars who attended the Oscars. Ellen said that they were going to go for the most retweets ever record and were going to break it. During the Oscar’s the Twitter site also crashed, possibly due the the retweets?
