In a move that surprised absolutely no one, Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel are getting the remaster treatment and are coming to next generation consoles. Fans of the Borderlands series know the sheer amount of content Gearbox puts out after the game’s initial release. Safe to say all the content that is previously released for both games and the seasons passes for any remaining DLC to be released for the Pre-Sequel. This includes campaign add-on’s, new player classes, and character creation packs.
As an added bonus, any past Borderlands 2 and Pre-Sequel save data can be transferred over to the new consoles (PlayStation Vita save data cannot be moved to the PS4). Those of you who are a bit overzealous with spending money can drop a few hundred dollars on the game and a remote controlled Claptrap. Yup, apparently that’s a thing.
Borderlands the Handsome Collection releases on March 26th in Australia, March 24th in North America, and world wide on March 27th for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
