To answer your question, no my keyboard’s caps lock isn’t malfunctioning, RESOGUN’s title is supposed to be in all caps. I’m going to assume Housemarque wants to get across the chaos of the game (those who have played Super Stardust will understand). The Playstation 4 exclusive will be available when the console launches for each territory and is free to Playstation Plus members as part of Sony’s instant game collection.
