This week on Blu-ray: Australia nets three new releases while America gets two. Who has the better titles though?
AUSTRALIAN RELEASES
Epic comes to Blu-ray this week. The Colin Farrell Animation had a $100 million budget and made $259.5 million in the box office making the film a box office success. Three different Blu-rays are available: one with a 3D and 2D copy, one with a 3D and 2D copy along with an Ultraviolet copy, and a regular 2D Blu-ray. The Purge comes to Blu-ray this week. The James DeMonaco thriller had a $3 million budget and made $87 million worldwide making the film a box office success. The Blu-ray comes with an Ultraviolet copy.

World War Z comes to Blu-ray this week. The Marc Forster Action Horror film had a budget of $190 million and made $540 million worldwide making World War Z a box office success. Two versions of the Blu-ray are available: one with a 3D copy and one without but both versions come with a DVD copy. AMERICAN RELEASES
The Conjuring comes to Blu-ray this week. The James Wan Horror flick had a $20 million budget and currently has $309.9 million worldwide making the film a box office success. The Blu-ray comes with a DVD and an Ultraviolet copy.

The Internship comes to Blu-ray this week. The Vince Vaughn-Owen Wilson comedy had a $58 million budget and made $91.9 million worldwide making The Internship a mild box office success. The Blu-ray comes with a DVD copy.

That’s it for this week on Blu-ray. According to Rotten Tomatoes, Australia’s average of films is a “Rotten” 56% while America has a “Fresh” 61% making America the winner. The highest rated movie was America’s The Conjuring at a “Certified Fresh” 87% while the lowest rated film was America’s The Internship with a “Rotten” 35%.
