In a recent tweet by one of PlayStation’s project managers, Toshimasa Aoki, which was in response to a fan asking the same question, they replied “no it does have one”.
It is unclear if this will ever change once the controller is actually released, but for now we can say with about a 90% certainty that the PS5 controller will have a headphone jack.
