There is a patch for the Sims 4 that is releasing today that brings some new features to the game. Players will be able to update their game through Origin either manually by clicking on the game and updating or automatically if you have the automatic updates available.
The main new feature coming with this patch for players is Genealogy. Genealogy has been a feature that many Sims players have been asking to have for a long time and now it is finally here. Players will now be able to check family relations and relationships between different Sims in the world. It will help a lot of people who like to see how their Sims are connected and related.
In the patch there will also be a few new Valentines day items added to the game. With Valentines day coming closer and closer in real world, you can now get your Sims to celebrate Valentines day in game.
This week also marks the 15th year of The Sims as a video game series. The game certainly has come a long way since Sims 1 was released 15 years ago, although I still remember playing the game back then quite vividly even today.
