The Mad Max Fury Road Australian Release Date is the 14th of May, 2015. The film is set in a post apocalyptic world where people struggle to survive each day. Mad Max Fury Road is being directed by George Miller who was also the director of all of the older Max films from 1979-1985. This film will star Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Zoë Kravitz, Nicholas Hoult, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley,  Riley Keough, Nathan Jones and Megan Gale.

In other regions such as the United States or the UK the film is releasing on the 15th of May, 2015.

About Mad Max Fury Road

Mad Max is centered around Max Rockatansky (Tom Hardy) who wanders alone throughout the desert wasteland of the post apocalyptic world in which he lives. Eventually Max comes across a group which is led by Furiosa (Charlize Theron) that has stolen something really valuable from Immortan Joe (Hugh Keays-Byrne). Immortan Joe is so mad about this that he rallies a whole range of gangs which start a massive road war against Furiosa and Max.

George Miller recently released a short featurette in which many of the actors as well as George Miller himself talk about Mad Max Fury Road and the new technology in the film as well as the creation of the story.

Tom Hardy (Max): Tom Hardy has starred in a variety of popular films in recent years and is most famously known for his roles in Inception (2010), The Dark Knight Rises (2012), Warrior (2011) and Lawless (2012).

Charlize Theron (Furiosa): Charlize Theron has starred in a lot of popular films over the course of her career and you may recognise her from such films as Prometheus (2012), Monster (2003), Devil’s Advocate (1997) and The Italian Job (2003). 

Zoë Kravitz (Toast): Some may recognise Zoë Kravitz from her appearances in Divergent (2014), X-Men: First Class (2011), After Earth (2013) and It’s Kind of a Funny Story (2010).

Nicholas Hoult (Nux): Some may recognise Nicholas Hoult from his appearances in Warm Bodies (2013), X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), About a Boy (2002) and Jack the Giant Slayer (2013).
