TS4 Dineout

The Sims 4 Dine Out Game pack is the latest installment from the creative minds at Maxis and EA to expand, the ever-growing Sims franchise. The Sims 4: Dine Out was released via Origin Download on the 7th of this month, and it is probably one of the biggest “Game Packs” yet. Who doesn’t love to have someone else cook for them?!

The Sims 4 Dine Out: Official Trailer

Dine Out boasts new features relating to… you guessed it, Dining Out! Once installed, a dialog box will prompt you to place a new lot the moment you open the game. “Chez Llama”, is the fancier of the Maxis pre-made restaurants, comes complete with a grand piano and a sunken dining room floor. (Ooh-la-la) The dining experience is similar to that of previous “restaurant” content from earlier Sims games. Upon arrival at the new restaurant lot, your Sim speaks to the host to be seated in a booth or table, place your order with the waiter and then it’s time for adult chit-chat, or for the young at heart, a chance to draw on the paper place mat. Once your sim receives their food, they enjoy and part ways… Don’t forget to pay for your meal on the way out!

There is a bunch of cool new items; including the Chef Station (which you can also put in your home kitchen), a free-standing dishwasher and some interesting decor to spice up any themed restaurant. And, of course you can create and run your own restaurant, diner, cafe, whatever your taste. Anything from Burger Bars to Steak Houses to something totally random! You can make the food establishment of your dreams in The Sims 4: Dine Out.

When you become the owner of your own restaurant, you will be able to manage… pretty much everything. From the staff and their work progress, perfect work uniforms, the menu featuring all new “Experimental Meals” and even provide extra service to the customers. The better your restaurant does, the better reviews you will receive, and this leads to “perks points”. Similar to the Aspirations Perks points, new restaurant Perks are available as you to help you boost your perfect culinary management masterpiece. Choose perks such as; Patient Patrons, or High Quality Ingredients to get you the Michelin 5 Star rating you deserve.

The Sims 4: Dine Out is super fun and a great addition for the Sims with a Diner-Dash-esque feel — This pack makes me excited for all the new updates to come!
